How do I reserve a residence?
Simply contact our reservations desk and we will do with rest.

What amenities are included in a preview stay?
As a guest of Magnolia you will enjoy one of our 17 exclusive private residences.  Each residence can sleep up to eight individuals.  You receive access to the private roof-top pool, and hot tub, which is an ideal place to relax, play with kids and grandkids or soak up captivating views of the Gulf's emerald green waters.  All residences are fully furnished and come with a starter set of bath, kitchen and laundry amenities. 

Are pets allowed?
Pets are an exclusive benefit of membership.  Yet our concierge service can help you find boarding near by. 

Can I get access the gym during my vacation?
Even though your'e on vacation, you can still maintain your fitness program with state-of-the-art workout machines and weight equipment in our private facility that features a sauna and steam room for a nominal upgrade fee for the duration of your reservation. 

What if I decide to become a member during my vacation? 
We gladly welcome active membership during your preview stay.  At the moment you sign up for membership, you gain access to the entire Club and all amenities for no additional charge.  All funds paid toward your reservation are also applied to your membership dues so you can begin enjoying the level of luxury offered exclusively to members and owners.  

Why should we plan our vacation at Magnolia? 
You can visit any resort along the beautiful Gulf in Florida.  Yet Magnolia offers you a Christian based retreat at a level of luxury equivalent to a fine hotel.  Our concierge staff is truly concerned about the quality of your vacation and ready to help you make this the best vacation ever!  

What is the atmosphere like at Magnolia? 
You can breath easy at Magnolia as we are a 'SMOKE FREE' property both inside the residences and throughout the property.  Even on a busy day you can still feel the ocean breeze from the large balcony and enjoy the quiet.  Magnolia offers you a peaceful atmosphere where daily devotionals can be enjoyed and appreciated. 

What if I want to stay longer than I have reserved? 
Simply let our reservation staff know that you would like to extend your vacation and we will quickly accommodate you. 

Can we rent bikes from Magnolia? 
Yes as supplies are available.  As a member we set aside bikes for each vacation, and as those bikes become available we offer them to guests at a nominal fee.  This provides you an affordable and convenient means of biking along scenic route 30A or behind the Club through the Magnolia cottages.
